APEL assessment fee must be made in the form of a bank draft OR postal order payable to the BENDAHARI UTM. The fee structure is as follows:

Please write your name and MyKad number on the reverse side of the bank draft/postal order. Please attach the bank draft upon submitting APEL registration form to APEL center.
